Integrated Optical Microscope; The tabletop SEM was once the bridge between the world of optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy; that has all changed. The Aquila’s optical microscope provides ease-of-use and true functionality. The macro to micro view is used for navigation in real time, just click on the map and jump to your target. The system provides color optical and SEM images, giving the user more ability to distinguish what they are viewing.

Plug it in and go! This compact SEM is an all-in-one system; it’s fast, easy to use, sits right next to your desk and all you have to do is plug it into a standard electrical outlet.

Microanalysis; This advanced compact SEM can be equipped with Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS), thanks to the systems acceleration voltage range of up to 20kV. The system uses a state of the art EDS detector from EDAX. This allows you to do real microanalysis with a small footprint SEM.
